Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- MBBS degree along with the post-graduation degree of MD, MS, or Master’s in Public Health (Ph.D.)
- 15 or more years of post-qualification expertise in health policy, service delivery planning and implementation, academia, and health system research
- a track record of developing plans and strategies using policy and/or
- demonstrated expertise in implementing field-level health interventions
- enhancing the state- and district-level health systems.
- Knowledge of regularly used programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and

NHSRC Recruitment For Lead Consultant
Qualification and Experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs (B. Tech./B.E.) or Masterโs (M. Tech.) degree in Biomedical Engineering with a master’s in public health.
Experience:
- Have at least 7 years of expertise working with government programs at the national level for large-scale public health projects, particularly interventions aimed at strengthening health systems. Have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience overall.
- Previous knowledge of working in the healthcare or public health sectors, along with a thorough understanding of public procurement, health technology assessment, RFP design, medical device regulation, etc., would be very desirable.
- Expertise in developing national program guidelines and putting them into effect in states and UTs.

Qualification and Experience
Qualification
Undergraduate degrees and diplomas in secretarial practice are mandatory. It should be from a big and renowned institution:
- B.A.
- BCom
- B.Sc.
- BBA.
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience is required. The experience should be as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Desirable:
- Certification course in MS Office.
- The candidates who will have experience in government quasi-employment will get more preference.
Skills
- Good typing speed (35 wpm).
- Outstanding planning, organizing, and administrative skills with attention to detail possess computer literacy and am knowledgeable and skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Should be able to perform basic accounting tasks.
- Understanding of document management, indexing, and filing.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
